Once just an ordinary teddy bear, an accidental sprinkling of magic confectioners sugar turned his fur the fantastic shade of pink it now is.
A visit by Cafe Cuties Bard, the Teapot Troubadour, the very picture of refined elegance, helped complete the transformation, adorning Tibbers with its now iconic moustache and navy blue suit.
